Online guarantee
First of all we would like to thank you for your preference in our products and to congratulate you on your purchase!
Media Strom (Athinaiki Bed Mattress Manufacturing S.A.) GUARANTEES the excellent construction of its mattresses and the quality of materials that it uses, according to the following:
a) Provides 5-years guarantee for the metal frame, the springs or the foamy core, as well as the layers of materials and the external ticking fabric and undertakes the obligation to replace free of charge or repair, according to its own judgment, with other of same type, quality and dimensions for the duration of force of Guarantee.
b) The guarantee does not cover damages and deteriorations that emanated from bad use of mattresses because of Purchaser’s culpability, such as:
- folding – wetting- organic stains (blood, sweat, other bodily excretions) – placement on scuffed wooden boards or irregular surfaces- standing or jumping on the mattress -cleaning with use of steam, etc. In this case and in agreement with the Purchaser, the Company undertakes the repair of the mattress, but the cost of repair and transportation will burden entirely the Purchaser.
